The world's first! 185 meter frame wind power tower sets new global heights
Recently, the 76th unit of the 250MW wind power project in Boli County, Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province, has been successfully lifted. The wind tower adopts the prestressed steel tube wind power tower technology of Qingdao Huasizhuang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huasizhuang Energy"), with a hub center height of 185 meters, which not only sets a new global height for steel wind power towers, but also achieves the first successful application of prestressed steel tube wind power tower technology in high-altitude (minus 33 degrees) areas.
Huasizhuang Energy's new wind power tower technology - prestressed steel tube wind power tower technology adopts a modular spatial truss structure, which is suitable for large-scale onshore wind turbines with hub center heights of 140-200 meters, helping wind turbines effectively capture more stable and powerful wind resources at high altitudes. In recent years, through the joint technological iteration between Huasizhuang Energy and Tongji University, and the successful application in different scenarios, this technology has continuously achieved breakthroughs. At present, Huasizhuang Energy has the ability to develop, design, manufacture, and install prestressed steel tube wind turbine towers below 200 meters, marking a major breakthrough in China's application of spatial truss structures in the field of wind turbine tower technology, and providing a new solution for the development of ultra-high towers required for wind power in high shear wind speed areas.
