At present, State grid New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has independently developed a complete set of C-HJT cell production technology process route, which comprehensively covers the preparation process of C-HJT cells. As of December 2023, C-HJT photovoltaic cells have realized the highest conversion efficiency of 25.97%. The results have been successfully applied in the construction of multi-component, multi-scenario demonstration PV power plant in Xinchang Power Plant, through empirical data to prove that the copper grid module monowatt power generation is slightly higher than the silver grid module, the stability and reliability of the C-HJT battery components to meet the characteristics of the mainstream market products, the results of the project have been recognized by the capital and the market, access to financing of 500 million yuan, and hetero junction components won the bidding of more than 200 million yuan. The project results have provided important technical support for Long gang mass production project, and the mass production project is expected to realize annual sales of over 8 billion yuan and annual net profit of 500 million yuan after reaching production.

The Moment of Glory

State grid New Energy's 5GW mass production base goes into operation, first batch of products delivered towards a new milestone

During the program, Chairman Chen Yongcun shared with the host the glory achieved by State grid New Energy in the past year: "The commissioning of State grid New Energy's 5GW high-efficiency hetero junction cell and module mass production base and the delivery ceremony of the first batch of products is a memorable day for us." Looking back at this iconic moment of glory: State grid New Energy's Long gang base put the cell production line into operation on September 26, and then grasped the process debugging and equipment speed optimization, completed the process through the line and trial production within a week, and completed the daily production capacity climbing to 85% in a month. 300MW C-HJT mass production test equipment was installed in the middle of November, and the first piece of it was delivered at the beginning of December. On November 20, State grid New Energy started to deliver the first batch of high-efficiency hetero junction modules to customers.

Talking about the company's future development plan, Chen Yongcun said in the program, "In the future, I hope that in terms of technology, the team can maintain the advantage of continuous investment, to achieve mass production and wide application, through the development of three to five years to become one of the head enterprises in this industry, to be further recognized by the capital market, and ultimately listed. Finally, in this process, we also hope to give back more to the local government and society."
