International Energy Network/Photovoltaic Headlines (PV-2005) was informed that on August 23, CGNPC South Xinjiang Clean Energy Base Lopu 1 million kilowatts of photovoltaic project component procurement winning candidate publicity. JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd, LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd, JinkoSolar Co., Ltd, and Anhui Guosheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. are the four finalists.
The first successful candidate of bidding section 1 is JA Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd, with a bid of RMB 852,888,803,600,000 and a unit price of RMB 1.330/W; the second successful candidate is LONGi Green Energy Science and Technology Co., Ltd, with a bid of RMB 81,312,393,456,000 and a unit price of RMB 1.268/W; the third successful candidate is JinkoSolar Energy Co. The third successful candidate is JinkoSolar Co., Ltd, with a bid of 820,824,576,000 yuan and a unit price of 1.280 yuan/W. The third successful candidate is JinkoSolar Co.
The first successful bidder in Section II is Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd, with a bid of RMB 813,121,393,456,000 and a unit price of RMB 1.268/W; the second successful bidder is Anhui Guosheng New Energy Science and Technology Co. Ltd, the bidding price is 852,888,803,600 yuan, the bidding unit price is 1.330 yuan / W. The third successful candidate is JA Solar Technology Co.
According to the bidding announcement, the principle of awarding bids is that each bidding section is evaluated separately, and each bidding unit can only win one bidding section at most, not both. When the first bidder of two bidding sections is the same bidder, the final winner of each bidding section will be determined based on the principle that the total winning amount of the project as a whole (all bidding sections) is the lowest. And in the same bidding section, if the bidder with the top overall ranking is not recommended as the first winning candidate in this bidding section or other bidding sections, the bidder with the lower ranking shall not be recommended as the first winning candidate in this bidding section. Except for the adjustment of the first winning candidate due to the above principle, the remaining winning candidates shall still be recommended in the order of comprehensive ranking. The bid evaluation committee recommends the successful candidate according to the above principles.
Bidding content for the two sections of the scope of supply equipment are monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules, capacity totaling 1282.5384MW, single-board single-sided photovoltaic module (front) nominal power of 550W, the back of the power is not included in the power of a single module, the photovoltaic system voltage applies to 1500v, and a positive deviation of 0-5W, the junction box cable length of the positive pole of 400mm, the negative pole of 200mm, and the junction box cable length of 400mm. The bidder must ensure that the external dimensions of the components of the same project are the same.
Bidders should ensure that the supply equipment is new, advanced, mature, complete, safe and reliable, and the technical and economic performance in line with the requirements of this technical standard.
The number of supporting components string lead wires and connectors is temporarily considered as 26 components corresponding to a pair, the specific number of final design program shall prevail, and the supply quantity shall take into account 3% of the loss.
The planned delivery date is September 10, 2023-November 30, 2023.
