Jiangsu Guoxin Binhai Port's 2x1000MW high-efficiency clean coal plant operational
On April 15th, Unit 4 of the 2 × 1000MW high-efficiency clean coal-fired power generation project at Jiangsu Guoxin Binhai Port successfully completed a 168 hour full load trial operation, marking the successful completion of the "dual investment" target task for two ultra supercritical secondary reheating coal-fired power generation units of Jiangsu Guoxin Binhai Port Power Generation Co., Ltd., and their full construction and operation. This is the first million kilowatt generator set to be completed and put into operation in Jiangsu Province this year.
The Jiangsu Guoxin Binhai Port 2 × 1000MW high-efficiency clean coal-fired power generation project is a key energy project in Jiangsu Province's 14th Five Year Plan, with a total investment of approximately 8.8 billion yuan. The project adopts the most advanced secondary reheating ultra supercritical coal-fired power generation technology in China, which has advantages such as high parameters, low coal consumption, strong peak shaving ability, and ultra clean emissions. All performance indicators have reached the national benchmark level. With the commissioning of two million kilowatt units, Jiangsu Guoxin Binhai Port Power Generation Co., Ltd. has a total installed capacity of 2 million kilowatts and an annual power generation capacity of 10 billion kilowatt hours. This is of great significance for enhancing the provincial energy supply capacity, optimizing the regional power layout in Jiangsu Province, and supporting the construction of a new power system.
